Slide Show of Michael Lebby Wearing BOA Museum Lorgnettes
A wonderful selection of fine lorgnettes is held in the
collection at the BOA Museum in London. Michael Lebby posed for a
photographer and it is easy to realize the wide range of materials used
in creating this neat style of vision aid. These are all basically circa
1825 to about 1925. Our thanks again to curator Neil Handley. Enjoy all
